For more than 30 years, Dean has specialized in helping families, individuals and other advisors maximize their potential for financial success.
Dean began his career as a Financial Consultant in 1992 and quickly transitioned into consulting for money management firms in Boston, New York and California. Early in Dean's career he had the opportunity to support and work with hundreds of financial advisors and was therefore able to work and learn alongside some of the best in the financial services industry. Over that time, he quickly developed a passion for helping others succeed and live their best lives. He has been putting these ideas and strategies he learned to work in his practice for over 15 years.
His focus now is working exclusively with families, business owners and individuals to create long-term, personalized wealth management and investment plans that fit their lifestyle. He works with clients across the United States and currently resides in The Villages, Florida.
Away from the office, Dean enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa and his two children, Dylan and Reed. Dylan recently joined him on his investment team and Reed owns and manages Lampe Motorsports. When time allows, Dean enjoys mountain bike riding, camping and the occasional round of golf.
Prior to his working career, Dean earned his Master's degree from University of West Virginia and a Bachelors degree from Southern Illinois University.
