In her role as Client Service Associate, Dani supports the client experience though active communication and follow through. She is driven and is always striving to be client centric, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dani is passionate about collaboration, problem solving and relationship building.
Prior to joining Clarity Wealth, Dani worked as a Branch Manager in Retail Banking for 10 years and worked as a Recruiter for the last 2 years. During her time in the financial industry, Dani met many milestones and achievements. Dani was on Florida's Leadership Council in 2017 and led the Volunteer Chapter of Southwest Florida. As a Branch Manager, Dani implemented many business initiatives and projects that resulted in enhanced Client Experience, Household Growth and Team Member Engagement. In her Recruiter role, Dani managed the full cycle recruiting process for Florida's Gulf Coast region for a major financial institution, collaborating with hiring managers and executives as well as developing strategies to effectively attract and retain top talent for the company.
Dani is originally from upstate New York and has resided in Florida since 1998. She loves spending time with her husband, Michael, her family and her 7-year-old pup, Melly. Their real passion is traveling and creating new experiences and her favorite place to visit is Paris. In her spare time, Dani enjoys getting involved in the community through organizations such as Harry Chapin Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity.
